TTMT: Earth-friendly April

This is the first "Talk To Me Tuesday" I have recorded since starting this blog so I thought I'd start off right by posting this video here right away!

In this video I show my latest craft which I posted here yesterday, dinner napkins! These are "casual" cloth napkins made for my husband and myself for daily use. I plan on making bigger and fancier napkins for nicer occasions!

Next I show two of my family's Earth day projects, the compost pile and the herb garden, both started earlier on this month by mom and me!

At the end of the video are pictures of all my Earth-friendly crafts done this month! Enjoy!

I finally started a craft blog...

Hiya everyone! I decided to start this craft blog because I basically abandoned live journal and not everyone wants to watch my Talk To Me Tuesday videos every week to see my crafts! So, for this first entry I will show something I made last week that has not been featured in a vlog yet!

Dinner Napkins!

I am calling these "casual" dinner napkins because they are just cotton back and front and only 11" squares. But they work great and I am down to one roll of paper towels a month! Whoo the savings of green and green. Life is good! Mine are all different with contrasting back and front and Josh's are all the same with the San Francisco 49ers football fabric with black backs. Since mine are pretty, I'll give you a better view to see back and front!

So I will try to update this blog at least once a week, fingers crossed!
